Vyapaari Portal provides B2B lead generation services including company profile listings, buyer lead delivery, and sales support for MSMEs in India. We act as an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers — we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or transactions.
When creating a company profile, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Vyapaari Portal reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any profile at our discretion.
We make reasonable efforts to verify buyer leads before delivery. However, we do not guarantee that every lead will result in a confirmed order. Lead verification includes phone confirmation and requirement validation, but does not constitute a guarantee of the buyer's creditworthiness or intent to purchase.
All subscription plans are prepaid. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions are for the stated duration and do not auto-renew.

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information, use the platform for spamming or unsolicited communications, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer or scrape the platform, or use leads for purposes unrelated to legitimate B2B commerce.
All content on Vyapaari Portal including design, logos, text, and software is the property of Vyapaari Portal and protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
Vyapaari Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
