Refunds are not available if: more than 7 days have passed since subscription activation, 3 or more leads have been delivered, you have already used or contacted leads provided, or the subscription period has ended.
To request a refund, email contact@vyapaariportal.com with your name, phone number, and payment reference. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer or Razorpay reversal).
In cases where some leads have been delivered but you have a legitimate concern, we may offer a partial refund or extend your subscription at our discretion.
