1. Subscription & Payments

• All subscriptions or service payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

• Refunds are not applicable for partial usage or mid-term cancellations.

2. Cancellations

• Users may cancel their subscription from their dashboard before the next billing cycle.

• Cancellation will stop future payments, but no refund will be issued for the current cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds may be issued only in case of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical error causing service failure (at our end)

  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

4. How to Request a Refund

• Include transaction ID, date of payment, and reason for refund.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.
